Is anyone having trouble emailing pictures or attachments with the airwatch inbox??

I can send emails but as soon as I add an attachment (picture) to the email and hit send. There is no record of sending the email and the email is not received on the other end?? Any advise. I have already reinstalled apps, checked the phone for updates. I cannot get it to send the pictrures.
