Pop up messages on galaxy phone possible??

Is there an app that allows my personal messages pop up on my screen just like face book messages does. With the personal picture in a small circle and once you push on it the conversation is blow up. So if I want to text the person I don't have to leave my app I can just click on the icon or save it for later without leaving my app. 2
