Why is there an additional (and wrong) location on my HTC One M9 lock screen?

Hey guys! So, like the question states, I have an entirely additional ..THING under my clock on my lock screen (HTC One M9). It has a house, a location I've previously visited, the time for that town and the date. I have no idea how it got there but I would love to have it gone! Any ideas? I could try adding in a screen shot of it/send one to those interested. Thanks for any help and ideas!
