Is System UI Tuner gone in N Preview 5? (latest)

I have a feeling I am about to slap my palm against my forehead here...

I can't seem to activate System UI Tuner now that I'm running Android N Preview 5 (current one). I hold down the gear icon, get a little haptic feedback then open the settings and there's nothing there.

Is it gone?
