Moto G app optimizing (malfunction afterwards)

I have a moto G and i've having the same Optimizing problems as everyone else but i was at work when i turned mine off and back on and it said it was optimizing.. But now its like all my apps malfunction, i have no keyboard. Apps say they are not installed. I cant enter gmail because google play services and when i clicked to get it, it just back outs to main menu...
