Is this a bug? I always have my phone on silent and when I'm on a phone call, if I get an incoming text message my phone vibrates and sounds (loud) which cuts out the phone call momentarily. This is incredibly frustrating. Espeically when I use my phone for business so I'm constantly recieving text messages and phone calls.
I thought turning the phone on silent would do it. No. I thought ensuring the text app was closed at the end of each use would help. No.
