Amazon‘s in a bit of a celebratory mood as of late, and it’s not entirely surprising why – the retail giant refreshed its Fire HD 10 tablet, bestowed 4K on its Fire TV, and unveiled a trio of Echo devices in the span of two weeks. It might be why Amazon is handing out $10 in promo credit if you sign up for a free 30-day trial of its Music Unlimited service.
There are a few things to keep in mind about the promotion, the first being that you can only use the credit on items sold and shipped directly by Amazon. You will also need to be a new subscriber to get the credit – current or former subscribers are not eligible for the promotion.
Finally, you have until October 6 to sign up and until October 31 to use the $10 credit. You will need to type in the promo code MUSIC1 when signing up.
Google and Amazon need to learn to get along
You can alter your subscription so that you won’t be charged once the 30 days are up, but depending who you are, you might want to think that through. Music Unlimited can be accessed from your smartphone, tablet, Alexa-compatible devices, and almost everything in between.
Pricing is also pretty flexible, since it can depend if you’re a student, have an Amazon Prime subscription, or have other folks who also want Music Unlimited.
Of course, there are those who prefer the likes of Spotify, Apple Music, and Google Play Music, but the promotion gives you a chance to give Music Unlimited a whirl and get some credit along the way.
