Huawei will introduce several smartphones during its even in Berlin later today, and the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro dummies have just surfaced online. The phone that sits on the table seems to be the Huawei Mate 10, while the phone that is being held in-hand by the person taking the picture, is probably the Huawei Mate 10 Pro. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro will have slightly thinner bezels than the Huawei Mate 10, if rumors are to be believed, that applies to both its side bezels, and bezels above and below its display. Both phones will be fueled by the Kirin 970 64-bit octa-core SoC, which is Huawei’s all-new flagship processor, while both devices will also come with a dual camera setup on the back, with Leica’s lenses on top. Laser autofocus and a dual-LED, dual-tone flash will be included on the back of the two devices as well, and neither of the two phones will sport physical keys on the front. The fingerprint scanner seems to be missing on the back of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro in this image, so do take that into account, though there’s still a slight chance that the Mate 10 Pro will include a front-facing fingerprint scanner.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro will, allegedly, sport a 5.99-inch fullHD (2160 x 1080) display, with an 18:9 aspect ratio, while the Huawei Mate 10 could sport a slightly larger panel which will also come with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro will include a 4,000mAh non-removable battery on the inside, and chances are that both devices will sport 6GB of RAM on the inside. Android 8.0 Oreo will come pre-installed on both the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, while Huawei’s Emotion UI (EMUI) skin will be included on top of it.
