Huawei Mate 10 Leaks Along With Retail Box, Specifications ~ All Things Android

The Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro have been leaking like crazy for the past couple of weeks, and now the Mate 10’s real life image surfaced along with the phone’s retail packaging, hours before the company’s press conference in Berlin. Huawei will host its press conference today at 2PM CEST / 5AM PST / 8AM EST in Berlin, and if you take a look at the gallery down below, you’ll be able to see the Huawei Mate 10 from pretty much all angles, and it seems like the phone will sport a front-facing fingerprint scanner after all, read on.

Some leaks have been saying that the Mate 10 will ship with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, while some suggested that it will come with a front-facing fingerprint scanner. If this leak is to be believed, it will be the latter, and the phone will sport really thin bezels, not to the extent of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, but still, they’ll be quite thin, as you can see. The images down below reveal that the Huawei Mate 10 will be made out of metal and glass, while it will ship with a dual camera setup on the back, while Leica’s lenses will be thrown into the mix as well. Those two cameras on the back of the Huawei Mate 10 will protrude a bit, and they will be flanked by a dual-LED, dual-tone flash and a laser autofocus. A 3.5mm headphone jack will be included on the top of the Huawei Mate 10, and the same can be said for an IR blaster. The volume up, volume down and power / lock keys will be included on the right-hand side of the Huawei Mate 10, and the back side of the phone will be curved.

The Huawei Mate 10 will sport a flat display, while a Type-C USB port will be included on the bottom of this device, along with the phone’s loudspeaker. This leak also confirms that the Huawei Mate 10 will ship with Android 8.0 Oreo, though Huawei already confirmed that, and in addition to that, the phone will be fueled by the Kirin 970 64-bit octa-core SoC, which is Huawei most powerful processor at the moment. One of the images down below also reveals that the Mate 10 will pack in 4GB of RAM (one of its variants at the very least), and 64GB of internal storage. The phone’s display resolution is also listed in one of the images, and it seems like Huawei opted for a regular fullHD (1920 x 1080) panel here, while a fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display will probably be included in the Huawei Mate 10 Pro.
